Day of Coordinator 8 Hour - $1,000.00

  • Help Bride create timeline for wedding day
    • Start time - end time for ceremony, reception, send off
    • Arrival time for each vendor
    • Key moments such as the first dance, cake cutting, bouquet toss etc.
  • Create ceremony line up (family, bridal party, etc)
  • Be the main contact for vendors the day of wedding
  • Make sure each vendor is following the timeline
  • Ensure photographer has the photo shoot list.
  • Confirm that all rentals have been delivered and set up on time
  • Receive delivery of personal flowers (bridal bouquet, bridesmaids flowers and corsages/boutonnières).
  • Have an emergency kit on hand that includes all sorts of health, fashion, and beauty essentials (just in case!)
  • Keep the wedding on schedule by making sure that the wedding party is getting ready on time
  • Ensure the officiant has the marriage license before the ceremony begins.
  • Responsible for the marriage license, vows, and rings (coordinate which family member/friend will leave with marriage license)
  • Work with the DJ, ensure microphones have been tested and are ready for Ceremony
  • Line up the wedding party for their entrance down the aisle. 
  • Cue ceremony musicians when wedding party is ready to begin processional. 
  • Gather family and friends for after-ceremony photographs.
  • Gather witnesses to meet with the officiant to sign the marriage license
  • Confirm that the gift table and guest book are in place for the reception
  • Make sure that the DJ/band sticks to the timeline for wedding reception announcements
  • Facilitate the process of moving the wedding gifts. Confirm which family member/friend will be leaving with the gifts.
  • Coordinate who is responsible for clean up. (venue, family/friends)
  • Coordinate who is responsible for taking down/taking home decoration items. (venue, family/friends)
  • Coordinate who is responsible for taking flowers. (family/friends)


+ Add Decoration package (set up & breakdown of your items) - $300 

+ Add Clean up package (Breakdown & trash removal to venue trash bins) - $200 

Half Day Coordinator 5 Hour - $700.00

  • Help Bride create timeline for wedding day
    • Start time - end time for ceremony, reception, send off
    • Arrival time for each vendor
    • Key moments such as the first dance, cake cutting, bouquet toss etc.
  • Create ceremony line up (family, bridal party, etc)
  • Be the main contact for vendors the day of wedding
  • Make sure each vendor is following the timeline
  • Decorate & set up ceremony and reception space with client's decor items
  • Confirm that the gift table and guest book are in place for the reception
  • Confirm that all rentals have been delivered and set up on time
  • Receive delivery of personal flowers (bridal bouquet, bridesmaids flowers and corsages/boutonnières).
  • Keep the wedding on schedule by making sure that the wedding party is getting ready on time
  • Ensure the officiant has the marriage license before the ceremony begins
  • Work with the DJ, ensure microphones have been tested and are ready for Ceremony
  • Line up the wedding party for their entrance down the aisle.

Coordinator leaves at the end of the ceremony. After that, it is up to the DJ to stay on schedule!

Ceremony Coordinator 2 Hour - $200.00

  • Use the timeline provided by the Bride
  • Line up the wedding party for their entrance down the aisle. 
  • Cue ceremony musicians when wedding party is ready to begin processional. 
  • Attend rehearsal (in person or virtual) 


Coordinator leaves at the end of the ceremony. After that, it is up to the DJ to stay on schedule!
